Getting older

Today has been a pretty good day.  Well, after work anyway…haha.  Today is my daughter’s birthday and she is sooo happy! I love it! She turned 6 and is getting so big and so smart.  So naturally, I feel old…very old.  Time is going by so quickly.  I know it’s said a lot and you’ve all heard it before, but time really does go by so fast. 

Today, I kept wondering about what I can do for her birthday.  I came up with nothing.  Maybe I’d take her to eat or to a park or something.  Well, I picked her up and she actually wanted to go home (probably because she knew she had some presents waiting for…hehehe).  She was happy with her presents and baking a cake together, so that made me happy.  I got her a karaoke machine that she loves!  I couldn’t wait for her to open though…so I could also play with it…hehehe.  Does everyone do that—buy gifts for someone and you want to use it too? 

New life…?

I’m ready. I don’t know what exactly I’m ready for, but I’m ready for some sort of change. “What do I have to do?”, I ask myself everyday. I’m brainstorming right now…I’m changing. Ever since I joined the military I started to hate who I had become more and more. Now that I’m out, I’m trying to find my way.

The General Public

For years I’ve been noticing more and more that the general public is full of morons and a**holes. There is such a large percentage of them in the U.S. it’s gotten to be unbelievably ridiculous. I first started to REALLY notice when the “thong song” by Sisco came out. Just ONE of the dumbest songs ever written that made the top of the charts. Even Sisco admitted he wrote it as a joke. Well, his manager and producer sure realized just how dumb and how many followers there are in the general public. I compare the general public to a herd of sheep. There are always a few smart ones that stray away from the herd and find their own way. But most are stuck in the herd, just following…and then there are the sheep that get f*cked by some crazed psycho into some weird sh*t!

Well, now on to the a**holes. Have most of the general public completely forgotten about manners. I mean, how hard is it to say please and thank you sometimes? Also…where did politness go? Have most people forgotten? Maybe it’s the parents of the children the past 20 years or so? How about a simple “excuse me” if someone is trying to get your attention or pass by you in a tight spot. Even rudeness…I’ve noticed way too many people are rude and I’m starting to think they don’t even realize what they’re doing. People who stop their cars in the middle of the road to “chat” knowing there’s someone behind them…that’s just messed up! The same goes for people walking around the store, don’t get your entire stupid posse together in the middle of the isle and “chit-chat”….one of these days the whole group will get shanked and I’m just gonna say “I knew it was coming”. 

How about a little common courtesy and politeness, General Public! Maybe you’ll feel better about yourselves too.

Oh Yeah!!!

Alright, here it is everyone. My long awaited new blog. I will be adding to this, hopefully, daily. Honestly, I doubt that. I’ll be lucky to get a blog on here once a week. For some reason I’m horrible at putting my thoughts into words…tends to get me in “trouble” a lot. Maybe, with as slow as I type, I’ll have plenty of time to think before I type…hahaha. I will also try to make this interesting. I will be back later to make this blog interesting (hopefully)…work with me here people.
